| Product Overview
GP826P, an outstanding pour‑point depressant for lubricating oils, delivers superior pour‑point reduction, excellent shear stability, and broad compatibility with a wide range of base oils. It is suitable for internal‑combustion engine oils, gear oils, hydraulic fluids, and other lubricants, serving as a general‑purpose pour‑point depressant. Additionally, it exhibits excellent anti‑emulsification properties and is compatible with various base oils, including Group II and Group III, Group III+, and hydrogenated base oil formulations.| Lubricating oil maintains superior fluidity even in extreme cold.
The complete, mature, and advanced free-radical polymerization technology underlying the G8XXP series pour point depressants yields poly(methyl acrylate) (PAMA) polymers, which offer the following advantages: at extremely low temperatures, they effectively inhibit wax crystal formation and growth; they impart excellent low‑temperature fluidity to lubricants formulated with a wide range of base oils; and they are backed by rigorously tested, state‑of‑the‑art (PPD) pour point depression technology. Our cutting‑edge technical expertise gives us extensive experience in the field of low‑temperature rheology. With a team of highly qualified engineers and advanced testing equipment, we provide comprehensive technical support.
Through the services outlined above, we ensure that your lubricant maintains superior fluidity even at lower temperatures. We offer tailored solutions and a wide range of pour‑point depressants to suit various applications, helping your lubricant retain optimal flow characteristics in cold‑weather conditions.
| Product Features
- Excellent pour point depression effect
- A narrower molecular weight distribution
- A versatile product with a wide range of applications.
- Excellent demulsibility
| Products with a wide range of applications
- Low-temperature fluidity of lubricants such as internal-combustion-engine oil, gear oil, and hydraulic oil.
- Suitable for base oils produced by various refining processes, such as refined catalytic dewaxing, hydroisomerization, and GTL base oils.
- It can reduce or eliminate wax crystallization issues caused by the use of high‑ethylene‑content OCP viscosity index improvers.
| How to Use
Add G826P to the base oil at a dosage of 0.1% to 1.0%. Depending on the type of base oil, a pour point determination should be performed in advance to establish the appropriate G826P dosage. G826P can be used in combination with other additives.
