Goncord Oil (Yingkou) Co., Ltd.Founded in 1993 with a registered capital of RMB 10 million, the company occupies approximately 70,000 square meters and has grown into a leading domestic specialized group that integrates the production, consulting, and services of synthetic esters, additives, refrigeration oils, and transformer oils. Currently, the company boasts an annual production capacity of 500,000 tons, including over 50,000 tons of synthetic ester-based oils.
Ganghe Petroleum operates 12 high‑capacity stainless‑steel, high‑pressure sealed reactors, equipped with units for atmospheric and vacuum distillation, caustic washing, solvent recovery, and more. The production process is controlled by a DCS distributed automation system, supported by over 70 sets of analytical instruments, enabling rigorous end-to-end verification of finished products and ensuring consistent product quality. The company has obtained ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications, and certain products comply with EU environmental regulations and NSF food‑safety standards.
Ganghe Petroleum has successfully developed more than ten quantitatively producible synthetic esters, including PMA pour‑point depressants and viscosity modifiers, neopentyl polyol esters, trihydroxy fatty acid esters, natural fatty acid esters, and esters specially formulated for transformers. Ganghe Petroleum also offers tailored, application‑specific finished products, such as environmentally friendly polyol ester refrigeration oils, synthetic compressor oils, aviation lubricants, eco‑friendly transformer oils, and synthetic‑ester metalworking fluids.
Ganghe Petroleum is one of the few specialized, large-scale, and vertically integrated ester-based lubricant base‑material production facilities in the Asia‑Pacific region, offering customers OEM/ODM custom manufacturing services.
