The SynCold® refrigeration lubricant production facility utilizes green, renewable energy and operates with a high degree of intelligent automation. Its production infrastructure comprises 12 large‑capacity, stainless‑steel, high‑pressure, hermetically sealed reactors, supported by units for atmospheric and vacuum distillation, caustic washing, and solvent recovery. The manufacturing process is governed by a DCS distributed automation system, complemented by more than 70 sets of analytical instruments, enabling rigorous end‑to‑end verification of finished products. This approach ensures high production efficiency, superior product quality, and alignment with a strategic vision of green, sustainable development.
