Nature of the construction project: renovation and expansion
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Interim Measures for Environmental Protection Acceptance upon Completion of Construction Projects (Document No. [2017]4 issued by the National Environmental Protection Administration) and other applicable documents, the planned commissioning period was scheduled from December 23, 2024, to March 22, 2025. However, during the commissioning phase, it was identified that certain production and environmental protection facilities required further improvements; accordingly, the commissioning period has been extended to June 22, 2025.
